In most cases we have a good balance between the conscious and subconscious minds, but occasionally during times of stress, worry and anxiety the subconcious takes over the conscious mind to an unhealthy level, which leads to even more stress, worry, anxiety and fear.

Your hypnotherapist will help you to get to the root of your subconscious and remove certain triggers that create the problem.

Your hypnotherapist will take a detailed history and will then discuss your goal and what you would like to see or feel at the end of your sessions.

Your hypnotherapist will relax you, make you feel comfortable and work with you towards achieving your goal.

After a session you may feel uplifted, lighter and very relaxed. Often change is very subtle, as your hypnotherapist will be working with your subconscious mind.
